At Makapela Consultants, we’re passionate about empowering South Africans through well-managed apprenticeship programmes that deliver real results. With over 10 years of experience in the field, we offer end-to-end support — from recruitment and training, to mentorship and programme management.
We pride ourselves on running practical roadshows and offering hands-on training that prepares young people for the workplace. Our focus is on bridging the gap between learning and doing, ensuring that every apprentice walks away with the skills they need to succeed in the real world.
Nika brings over 18 years of experience as a skills development Manager. His leadership is characterized by a strong commitment to integrity and a passion for empowering others. Nika’s vision for Makapela Consultant and Academy is to create impactful partnerships that drive socio-economic growth.
Germany has low unemployment and high skill levels, about 50% of all school leavers undergo vocational training (FET College).
In South Africa we promote University education more than FET and complain about lack of skills.
